Spell hit rating at level 80

Hi,

Between all raiding, I'm leveling my mage... Want him to get to 80 and gear him up a bit.
I do not intend to raid with him, only some heroics.
Anyway, I've been looking into mage stats and found a few basics that may be usefull to others.

At level 80, you need 446 hit rating to cap against level 83 mobs (raid bosses) and 158 hit rating against level 82 mobs (heroics)
However, talents and buffs can lower this.
A mage Precision talent (3% hit) reduces the hit rating to 368 (for raids) and 79 (for heroics).
A Dreanei's Inspiring presence (1% hit) reduces even further to 342 (raids) and 53 (heroics)
