raids and progres

straight to the point so
i know that we all want to raid but i realy sugest that for the time beeing (and by that i mean until we clear nax once).
we must form the raid team as beter as posible for the raid to end with all boses left.
so if you left out dont think not even for a moment that we dont like you or that you are not in the guild plans and smg.
so to sumit.
1 we clear nax!!!
2 everyone will have spot after that!!!

i agree that we should clear it fast once and the switxhes we do is costing us time from raidind so i propose give an extra day for raids so we can clear it faster and so everyone can participate after that in raids.
