raiding loots

we havent found anything good for raid loots yet so for the time beeing we share loots with the 5 man stile.

that means that we give items according to what item droped,

and for who this item will be the best for the RAID to be more easy.

ideas for a beter looting system we have. but we havent had a meeting yet for that since all our focus this days went for recruits.
